Here are before and after pictures. We reconfigured this beach house's 1st floor layout by moving some walls around (2 bedrooms shared  1 bath with the main living areas) adding a second master suit on the 1st floor with custom vanity and tile shower, relocated the shared bathroom to service the 2nd bedroom and main living area, installed a new kitchen, beautiful strand bamboo floors throughout the 1st floor, new paver patio complete with a fire pit and grill and removed the outdated popcorn ceilings. The second master suit has been a huge hit with families.
