About Us
Personalized Approach
Gene Maruca (Owner & COO) started his professional career as an engineer. He soon found that desk life was not for him. Following in the footsteps of his father, a builder who rebuilt most of the Surfside Beach area after Hurricane Hugo, he made the bold career move to become a contractor. Gene learned most of what he knows about building from his father; growing up on various construction sites and closely learning the trade.
