This 8 unit three story ocean front condo is getting a face lift. We are removing the existing decks that are just over 3ft deep and are showing signs of structural wear. During our extensive pre-construction process we were able to increase the depth and add an additional 2.5ft of new deck. This project has some really great products a waterproof composite decking, cable rails and some massive GluLam beams.
